CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders are required to be ordered separately.
Custom order requests can not be returned. So, when you place a custom order, 50% of the cost must be paid up front. Once a mock-up/image of creation is provided to the customer and the customer approves of the product, the remaining 50% must be paid before a tracking number is provided. For woodwork and jewelry products, the customer is allowed up to 2 edits before the final product is created. For resin work, it is not possible to do a mock-up, so customers need to be as detailed as necessary when describing the requested item.

STORAGE AND USAGE

Jewelry items should be kept covered or in a bag to prevent air/humidity corrosion. Resin items should be stored/placed in a low humidity, moderate temperature room (65 to 80 degrees Celsius) to prevent bending or breaking. Other than UV specific items, resin crafts should not be placed in direct sunlight for an extended period to avoid yellowing of the craft/product.
